What is stress at the end of the day? If we stress it ultimately means that a part of us doesn’t have faith in the desired outcome or that we are being taken care of and that no matter what, we will be okay. So, next time you stress, remember this and deeply inhale “Faith” and connect to its true meaning and your intention for it and exhale “Stress”, telling it it has no place in your body and heart. Thank the God inside of you for all that will be provided whenever need arises; you are so loved and well looked after.
