Morning ritual:

“This sunrise is proof that I am magnificent. My eyes witnessing it declare that I am blessed. My body feeling it remind me I am alive. My soul feeling it show that I am divine. Man and God are one as we are children of God, divinity expressing itself as a human for a little while. In everything I do today I have the opportunity to explore and the chance to expand it, making my time on this earth extra worthwhile simply by entering the moment and connecting with it through my feelings of love, gratitude and compassion.”
